Outdoor dynamic Ashtanga inspired class. All levels welcome.
The class is held on the grass area behind the church in Delgany (you can park at the Old Schoolhouse or behind the church right in front of the lawn).

Bring your yoga mat, warm clothes (layers), water bottle, maybe a cap/sunglasses in case it's very sunny and any other props you use.
