Are you new to GreystonesYoga? You are welcome to drop-in (no need to create an account). Please email to book your spot (bring your own yoga mat), make sure to read our class guidelines and info and submit your Health questionnaire before coming to your first class.
When reserving a place in our online live-streamed & recorded class - the *recording (available for 4 days) will be emailed within 24 hours after the class takes place, whether you attended the live-streamed class or you wish to practice later.
*No online class recording will be sent if you have not attended live-streamed online or in-person classes with us since 2021
