Join us for a 2 hour self-care workshop exploring nutrition & yoga. 
We will start with a 30 min nutrition talk by Yvonne McKeon (Qualified Nutritional Therapist).
Ingrid Jaanisoo (YAP Experienced Yoga Teacher)  will lead your through 60 min fun Ashtanga inspired accessible & invigorating yoga practice and we will finish with a 10 min self-massage followed by a guided soothing, calming and grounding relaxation. 
We will offer you some inspiring & enjoyable tips and advice how to nourish yourself and bring greater balance through healthy eating, movement and self-care.
To better prepare for the workshop, we recommend to have 
  • yoga mat
  • cushion, rolled up blanket (to sit on)
  • 2 or 4 tennis balls, one or two longer socks (for the self massage)
  • quiet comfortable space
  • open mind & heart
