This 6 week course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as anyone who would like to go back to the fundamental principles of Ashtanga Yoga practice. Laura will gradually introduce you to different poses starting with Sun Salutations and always finishing the class with a relaxing Shavasana. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga combines breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing system that builds strength, enhances flexibility and calms the mind. Great start to a brand new year!
