We will warm up with dynamic, vigorous and energising Ashtanga Vinyasa based style of yoga followed by some soothing, grounding slower paced sequence which help to bring vitality & balance to the body and keep your mind calm & focused. This special session will finish with a few gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) practices to prepare for Shavasana (guided relaxation).
