Yin Yoga is a much slower-paced and  more meditative practice than a dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. The poses are mostly floor based and passively held for a longer period of time (typically two to five minutes) to target the deeper tissues of the body. Calming and balancing for the mind and body.
Recording will be sent to live-stream participants who wish to repeat the class.
