We will blend together two types of Yoga styles - starting with strengthening, dynamic, vigorous and energising Ashtanga Vinyasa followed by softening, soothing, grounding Yin, which help to bring vitality & balance to the body and keep your mind calm & focused. This special session will finish with a few gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) practices to prepare for Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
