New to GreystonesYoga? You can attend your first class as a drop-in to see if it suits you. Please email to book your spot (subject to availability).
When reserving a place in our online live-streamed & recorded class - the *recording (available for 4 days) will be emailed within 24 hours after the class takes place, whether you attended the live-streamed class or you wish to practice later.
*No online class recording will be sent if you have not attended any live-streamed online or in-person classes with us since 2021
