This Yoga class is a blend of dynamic movement which helps to build and maintain strength and mobility. We will focus on calming the nervous system and mind by focusing on steady calm even breathing. Each class will be creatively sequenced combining yoga postures from Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and other more advanced series offering several options to suit all experience levels, including complete beginners. The class will always finish with soothing rest called Shavasana (guided body scan to encourage deep relaxation).
All you need is a yoga mat and a bit of space around it for your safety and comfort.
