This series of yoga classes is tailored towards building / maintaining strength, mobility and flexibility by focusing on dynamic movement combined with steady breathing. Each class will be creatively sequenced combining yoga postures (asanas) from Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate Series offering several options for all experience levels including complete beginners. The class will always finish with a few minutes of soothing, calming rest called Shavasana (guided body scan to encourage relaxation).
