This 4 week course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as anyone who would like to go back to the fundamental principles of Ashtanga Yoga practice. Laura will gradually introduce you to different asanas (yoga poses) starting with Sun Salutations and always finishing the class with Shavasana (guided relaxation).
