This pregnancy yoga course will offer you the experience and joy of connecting with your pregnant body and your baby. The practice will focus on slowing down the racing mind, creating much needed fluidity & space in your body and building the strength and stamina needed to support your pregnancy and the birth of your baby.
As we journey through the practice each week, you will gain a deep understanding and appreciation of your pregnant body and the amazing things it's doing to prepare for the arrival of your baby. Classes are suitable from 12+ weeks/2nd trimester of pregnancy. If you have any underlying health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in any prenatal classes.
