This class is a blend of dynamic movement which helps to build/maintain strength and mobility. We will focus on calming the nervous system and mind by using steady even breathing.  Each class will be creatively sequenced using postures from Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series offering several options for all experience levels. The class will finish with a 10 min guided Savasana (body scan to encourage deep relaxation).
