Ashtanga Vinyasa based evening class

This physically challenging class is a blend of dynamic movement which helps to build/maintain strength and mobility. The main focus and foundation of vinyasa yoga is on maintaining breath awareness whilst moving to calm the nervous system and steady the mind. Inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series and also adding some postures from more advanced series. The teacher will suggest several options to suit different experiences. The class will finish with a guided rest called Savasana to encourage deeper relaxation.
