A dynamic class finding space in the body following the standing sequence of Ashtanga Half Primary series, continuing with some back of the body opening poses from the Primary including twists and adding a few Intermediate series poses to help open the front of the body.  Finishing with a soothing, relaxing Guided Shavasana.
Not suitable for complete beginners.
