This class is a blend of dynamic movement which helps to build/maintain strength and mobility. We will focus on calming the nervous system and mind by using steady even breathing. Following Ashtanga Half Primary Series and also adding some postures from Intermediate Series to prepare for backbends, offering several options for all experience levels. The class will finish with a 10 min guided Savasana (to encourage deep relaxation).
All levels welcome.
