Meditation is a wonderful practice to integrate into your life and its benefits for body and mind are now universally recognised. This class will start with a some guided sun salutations to open up the body and allow the prana to flow. Then you'll learn how to use Pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques to calm the nervous system and make a seated meditation happen more naturally. 
The class will finish with a deeply relaxing Shavasana.
