This is a special 2 hr pop-up afternoon class (held at The Old Schoolhouse in Delgany) that blends together two types of Yoga styles - strengthening, dynamic, vigorous and energising Ashtanga Vinyasa followed by softening, soothing, grounding Yin, resulting in balanced body and calm focused mind. The afternoon session will finish with a few gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) practices to prepare for Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Everyone with some yoga experience
