Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice.
Laura will introduce you to different asanas (yoga poses) starting with Sun Salutations and always finishing the class with calming Shavasana (guided relaxation).
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a physically challenging yoga practice that focuses on synchronising breath and movement resulting in a dynamic, flowing yoga practice that builds strength, enhances flexibility, mobility and calms the mind.
You may also wish to bring your own yoga block, a warm blanket and an eye pillow for shavasana.
